Your day-to-day spans new client onboarding, regional business reviews, lead-source support, and customer reporting-all while keeping relationships strong and projects moving.Own a high-impact portfolio: Serve as the right hand to Field Managers; anticipate needs, surface insights, and keep initiatives on track.Power the engine: Execute new client onboarding, provide quality assurance and make recommendations on how to improve client satisfaction and profitability. You'll maintain clean, accurate CRM / Salesforce records and account data. Be the steady supporter: Assist Field Managers in implementation of quarterly regional business reviews as well as operationalizing lead source programs. Collaborate widely: Partner daily with Regional Managers/Directors and Ops; frequently with Contracting, Marketing & Creative, Analytics, and Ops Analysts.You'll have semi-regular domestic travel (approx. 3-4 weeks/year or 3-5 days/quarter) to deepen market knowledge and relationships.
