As a Sales Representative, youll be at the forefront of our agencys growth. Compensation:

  • Base salary: $40,000/year
  • Commission & bonuses: Uncapped, with first-year expected earnings of $65,000$97,500

What Youll Do:

  • Proactively develop leads and build strong customer relationships within the community.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm insurance products.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including handling policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
