This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment where your contributions will directly support the financial operations of a top-tier company.



Accounting Admin Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices, purchase orders and expense reports
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding financial matters

Accounting Admin Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting or administrative support roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
