- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
- 7-10 Years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Must have multi-family and hospitality project experience
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
- Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
- Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
