Assistant Property Manager
Pay: $26-28/HOUR
Type: Temp, Temp-to-Hire, or Direct Hire (potential to become permanent)
Location: BALTIMORE COUNTY
Interview Type: In-person

We're seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our Regional Managers in overseeing a portfolio of 5-6 communities. This position serves as the right-hand partner to the Regionals, assisting with day-to-day operations, resident and board communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with board members, residents, and contractors.
  • Prepare correspondence, RFPs, and violation letters.
  • Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of governing documents and community-specific needs.
  • Coordinate projects, follow up on tasks, and anticipate next steps without prompting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in property management or related administrative support preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to think critically and independently.
