Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, root canals, and preventive care.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment options.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide the best care to patients.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure the most effective treatments.
  • Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships through quality care and excellent customer service.
  • Perform any other duties as necessary to ensure smooth office operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Texas dental license in good standing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in general dentistry is preferred but not required.
