Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage child care staff training for digital platforms that promote program growth, measuring progress against strategic goals and ensuring continuous improvement. Manage parent pay and state subsidy child care payments and balances. Provide operational support to branches in collections and resource allocation aligned with strategic objectives. Offer ongoing support and training to branches on all child care platforms. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, meeting program standards and safety procedures. Utilize data analysis, customer service, project management, and influential leadership skills. Analyze financial trends and forecast future financial progress for the organization. Ensure high-quality, member-focused programs through innovative development and courageous, informed risk-taking considering societal, economic, and political issues. Encourage and reward new ideas and approaches, even if not immediately successful. Support branches in Y-Club, Day Camp, and Early Childhood Education programs through training, mentoring, quality assurance, and staffing support. Assist the Executive Director of Association Child Care Services. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, human services, social services, recreation, or related field preferred. Minimum of four years of program management experience, preferably in a YMCA or nonprofit setting. Strong leadership, training, and influence skills with branch leadership. High organizational knowledge, experience, and proficiency. Experience working with diverse populations preferred. Proven ability to develop authentic relationships and collaborate with community organizations. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. YMCA Team Leader or Multi-team/Branch Leader certification preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 403(b) retirement savings plan.
