Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant-Multifamily Apartments in Greeley

Summit Communities LLC is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team in Greeley, CO.

Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of rental units. Coordinating with the leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to: Application processing, paperwork processing, pre-move in apartment inspections, resident retention activities, and lease renewal process.

Primary responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs & follow-up
• Effectively follow up on all prospective traffic by telephone, email, or letter.
• Tour the apartment community and vacant apartments with prospects and knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Qualify clients by determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability.
• Understands the company's application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures and is able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in leasing is preferred but not required.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using electronic mail and internet applications.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work full-time.
• Available to work on Saturdays.
