Job Description

A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support a K-12 educational setting in Bangor, ME. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavioral analysis within a dynamic school environment, working approximately 8 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing up to 16 hours depending on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student behavioral needs
• Develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans tailored to individual student requirements
• Consult and collaborate with Day Treatment program providers to ensure cohesive behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to promote positive outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings
• Strong skills in conducting FBAs and designing behavior support plans
