The Cambria Hotel , Bettendorf, Iowa, is seeking a Full-Time Breakfast Server ! As the friendly face of our hotel restaurants, you'll be a helpful host, local expert, and proud ambassador of the Frontier Hospitality Group brand. You will be able to create a memorable, relaxing experience for every guest!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 10am, Saturday - Sunday 6:30am - 11am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acknowledges customers and greets them with a warm, friendly smile within 30 seconds, serves their drink within 3 minutes and checks back with the guest within 4-5 minutes.
• Informs guest of specials and makes suggestions regarding beverage and food options. Can explain all items on the menu (preparation and description) and takes opportunities to upsell food and alcohol items.
• Observes and monitors guests to fulfill any additional requests and to ensure they are satisfied with beverages, food, and service. Clears and resets the table at the end of each course or upon completion of the meal.
• Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service. Communicates with dining room staff or kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends.
• Requires basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
• Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better.
