No Weekends – Flexible Work Schedule

Payrate: $17--$18 per (based on experience), which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hours: 8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours.

About the Role

\n

As a Claims Resolution Transaction Processor claims team, you will enter claim information into our system, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.

\n

 

\n

As a Claims Resolution Transaction Processor, you will be responsible for:

\n
    \n
  • Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems
  • \n
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry
  • \n
  • Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up
  • \n
  • Maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards
  • \n
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions
  • \n
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies
  • \n
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • \n
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • \n
  • Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as needed
  • \n

Qualifications:

\n

 

\n
    \n
  • High school diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • \n
  • Medicaid or insurance experience required
  • \n
  • Experience with claims management systems or HER platforms is preferred
  • \n
  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred
  • \n
  • Have prior office or administrative experience
  • \n
  • Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
  • \n
  • Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
  • \n
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • \n
  • Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening and drug test
  • \n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.00
