Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machinist - Mills & Lathes to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting skilled manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist - Mills & Lathes

Location: St. Charles, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines including Mills and Lathes.
• Perform light CNC programming and troubleshoot programs on the shop floor.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and adjust as needed.
• Make tooling changes and modify tool geometry.
• Conduct light machine maintenance (e.g., oiling, greasing) and maintain a clean work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code.
• Experience with Mazatrol is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Skilled in using precision measuring equipment.
