Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Candidate must provide their own working computer or laptop; equipment will not be provided)

Position Overview

The role requires a strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to perform data-related tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to established data quality and confidentiality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into electronic data systems.
  • Conduct data quality control , ensuring accuracy and preventing duplicate entries.
  • Sort and organize both paper and electronic records .
  • Assist in obtaining missing information from laboratories or other sources as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to Bureau staff, including document preparation and record maintenance.
  • Maintain and protect confidential health information in compliance with ADHS confidentiality policies .
  • Work from a private, secure workspace to maintain confidentiality and prevent being overheard.
Requirements
  • Must have access to a working computer or laptop (equipment will not be provided).
  • Must have a private workspace suitable for handling confidential information.
