Dermatology Medical Assistant

Location: 4510 16th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11204

Hours:

• Full Time.
• 1 Sunday per month 09:45 AM-2:00 PM
• Monday - 10:45 AM-7:00 PM
• Tuesday - 10:45 AM-7:00 PM
• Wednesday - 8:45 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday - 1:45 PM-6:00 PM

Premium Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing Dermatology practice!

Hours:

• Full Time.
• 1 Sunday per month 09:45 AM-2:00 PM
• Monday - 10:45 AM-7:00 PM
• Tuesday - 10:45 AM-7:00 PM
• Wednesday - 8:45 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday - 1:45 PM-6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Assist patients with paperwork.
• Answer phone calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Confirm next day visits.
• Update patient registration forms.
• Verify medical insurance.
• Scan medical records.
• Coordinate referrals.
• Triage patients and obtain a complete set of vitals.
• Assist providers with patient examination and procedures.
• Perform routine phlebotomy and EKG as needed.
• Communicates effectively with providers, coworkers, and patients.

• Availability to work Sundays. (closed Saturdays)

Compensation:

• Commensurate with Experience, $21-$24 per hour.
