Job Summary This position is responsible for functioning as an internal consultant and project manager in managing programs and projects for Direct Markets with medium complexity. Assist the Senior Consultant and/or Senior Management in Local/ Consumer Markets in developing and executing programs utilizing direct channels including internet, direct mail, advertising and multi-media that attract and retain individual members. Additionally, this position will provide support and consulting services to internal areas in defining program and scope including target markets, goals and objectives, costs and fit with overall strategy. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and three years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR Masters Degree and two years of experience. Experience presenting in front of an audience and group facilitation. Experience interacting with members of multiple departments and levels. Experience leading and mentoring staff. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends. Experience interpreting business and financial information. Experience managing multiple projects. Verbal and written communication and organization skills. Consensus building and conflict management skills. PC proficiency to include MS Office products. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience in digital direct marketing activities. Health insurance or healthcare industry experience. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
