Position Details: Location: On-site FLSA: Exempt Employment Type: Full-time Wage: Negotiable DOE/DOQ Candidate review begins: 6/30/2025 Position open until filled Position Summary: Under the supervision of the COO, this leadership role oversees internal HIT staff, collaborates with IT security and systems management teams, and develops goals for health information systems and communication systems organization-wide. Key Duties: Plan, organize, and execute health information system functions including support, maintenance, compliance, and technological advancement. Update and implement IT security policies. Supervise staff involved in network administration, support services, and EHR functions. Manage policies and procedures related to hardware/software purchase, installation, and operation. Train personnel on computer and EHR system use. Conduct data analysis and reporting from the EHR system to support organizational decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Health Information Management, Data Analytics, or related field (or substantial relevant experience). 1-2 years supervisory experience; 3+ years in healthcare data analytics preferred. Experience with statistical reporting, report development, and healthcare data analytics. Valid driver’s license required.
