Position: Warehouse Associate


Location: Sumner, WA


Pay: $18/hour


Experience: Previous related warehouse experience is preferred.


Type: Full-time; Contract


Schedule: Monday-Friday, start-time between 6am - 8am to 2pm - 5pm (Optional OT & weekends available for extra pay!)

Logic Staffing is looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team! No experience? No worries - this is an entry-level friendly role with full on-site training provided. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and ready to jump in, we'd love to meet you!

Job Description:

1. Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets manually or using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
2. Sort, label, and move products to designated storage areas.
3. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
4. Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
4. Exposure to varying temperatures, depending on the season
5. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
6. Must have reliable transportation
7. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
8. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
