We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in customer service, event promotions, and sales support .
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our events—providing professional, friendly support, managing promotional displays, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. No experience required —we offer paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities .
ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service at live events and promotions
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and engage with customers face-to-face
Assist with event setup, product displays, and promotional activities
