Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community through local events, school screenings, and presentations to promote our services and positive image.
• Participate in morning huddles to motivate and appreciate teammates.
• Provide compassionate care, particularly to our children patients—who make up 70% of our base.
• Guide parents and patients through our treatment processes.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatment.
• Take and manage X-rays (if applicable).
• Ensure hygiene and operatory rooms are fully prepared for procedures.
• Mix dental materials, set up trays for procedures, and perform sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Assist dental professionals during procedures, including documentation in patient records.
• Place fillings and crowns under supervision.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance standards at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the dental staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• X-ray certification preferred.
• Certified Dental Assistant credentials preferred.
• Coronal Polishing and EFDA Certifications required.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Commitment to compliance and integrity in all aspects of work.
