What you’ll lead

• Day-to-day operations for field techs and coordinators; set direction, coach, and hold standards.
• Scheduling/dispatch & routing to maximize on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Process improvement & KPIs: spot bottlenecks, implement fixes, and sustain results.
• Professional handling of escalations; protect the end-to-end customer experience.
• Hiring, onboarding, and upskilling to meet growth and quality targets.

What you bring

• Experience leading frontline teams (field service, install, trades, or similar).
• Strong ops toolkit: scheduling, dispatch, routing, workflow design, KPI tracking.
• Clear written/verbal communication; steady under pressure and high activity.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude; comfortable coaching safe, professional field work.
• Organized, accountable, resourceful; learns fast and follows through.
