Field Manager – Peak Cleaning Service (Scottsdale, AZ)

Peak Cleaning Service supplies award winning residential and vacation rental cleaning in Phoenix and Denver. As a Field Manager, you will directly contribute to the company’s mission to be the most reliable cleaning company in Arizona and beyond. The Field Manager oversees daily field operations, ensuring clean quality, team performance, staffing, and client satisfaction. This salaried role reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach field staff to meet quality and performance KPIs
  • Conduct inspections, customer walkthroughs, and handle escalated issues
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding of cleaners
  • Maintain staffing levels aligned with client demand
  • Support field operations (quality checks, supplies, laundry, property support)
  • Track and report team performance; implement process improvements
  • Manage inventory, linens, and supplies
  • Perform cleaning work as needed (35–50% of time)

Requirements:

  • Coachable with a growth mindset to always improve
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently, solve problems, and manage teams
  • Reliable, motivated, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management a plus
