Financial Analyst

Location: Remote (Must meet PST core business hours)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week (No Overtime)

Duration: 3 months (note that the engagement is 120 days to start with potential for extension)

Pay Rate Range: $50 to $55/hr

• 8+ years in Financial Analysis
• Exposure to matrix organizations and multinational environments
• Experience working with partner incentives and investment programs

Candidate Requirements

Disqualifiers

• Availability less than 18 months
• Inability to start immediately
• Lack of data analysis experience
• No stakeholder management experience
• No experience working in a multi-structured or matrix organization

Top Candidate Profile (Best vs. Average)

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or MBA

Experience: 57+ years in accounting or finance (preferably at a large or tech company and in a contractor role)

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and ICOFR
• Experience with SAP General Ledger systems, journal entries, and controllership activities
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Copilot for M365/Excel and AI tools preferred
• Familiarity with process documentation tools (Visio, MS Word)

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Proven technical accounting and critical-thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Partner Incentives and Investments
• Prior Microsoft experience, particularly in controllership roles
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex contract terms and financial implications
• Understanding of financial statement impact and partner earnings calculations
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and regions
