HOW YOU'LL LEAD OUR FACILITY TOWARD SUCCESS:
This full-time management position is structured around a 1st shift schedule, starting at 6:00 am .
As our Food Manufacturing - Production Manager, you will direct day-to-day production activities, ensuring each process aligns with quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting raw materials, developing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with maintenance for preventative measures. You will also lead safety initiatives and enforce GMP protocols, ensuring that every operation meets our rigorous standards while driving continuous process improvements. Your management skills will be key to maintaining operational efficiency and product quality.
