The Line Prep prepares and aids in the preparation of food, complies with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and follows established food production programs and procedures. The Line Prep is also responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud, and can include heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
