The Opportunity We are currently seeking a
Healthcare Recruiter to play a key role in helping to identify top Allied healthcare talent for our valued clients.
Opportunity Details - Identify qualified candidates based on client's job requirements and business needs
- Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions
- Establish deep relationships with candidates and current employees in order to build trust, and gain familiarity with different industries and job roles, while expanding your professional network
- Identify new and creative ways to source viable candidates (utilizing internet resources, directories, contact lists, database leads and personal networking)
- Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment for current and future positions
- Attend job fairs, and networking events to meet with candidates and expand your network
- Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process
Background We Are Seeking - 1 - 3+ years agency healthcare recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting Allied Imaging roles
- Expertise recruiting for RN's and Allied professionals at hospitals and medical facilities
- High volume agency recruiting experience a must have
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Experience working with an MSP/VMS and/or direct hire recruitment
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (We use JobDiva)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
