Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who is adaptable and willing to work either daylight or overnight shifts. Shifts run from 5:00am to 5:00pm or 5:00pm to 5:00am.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on systems such as PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase, 480 Volt, and multi-meters.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion experience, and gas valves.
• Read blueprints accurately and perform teardown and repair, as well as lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase, and 480 Volt systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in welding and cutting.
• Ability to perform maintenance on overhead cranes.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing shop with a team of highly tenured employees. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, with a pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts. Enjoy the chance to work weekdays with 4 weekends off consecutively, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39998.40 - $39998.40/yr.

They have extremely low turnover, 2%, and great long-term opportunity. Starting pay rate is $18/hr for MillTech (Entry level) and $19.23 for Maint Tech, but have the chance to double your total earnings for the year with weekly/monthly bonuses. They also have very solid medical benefits, match 401k %, and offer annual profit sharing of around 10% or can be even more.
