Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1st shift 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date acceptance and rejection records and/or certifications systems as required by

• the applicable specifications.

• Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection and/or calibration of parts. Identify defective conditions and

• test failures and prepare all appropriate documentation and/or calibration history.

INSPECTION

• Perform inspection on detailed machined parts using a wide variety of measuring and test equipment to determine acceptability or rejections of parts and/or parts finish.

• Interpret specifications, charts and manuals. Use mathematics to convert blueprint dimensions and

• tolerances. Work within the guidelines of drawings, schematics, blueprints, route sheets, travelers, quality

• directives, technical engineering specifications, customer's requirements and military standards and/or calibrations procedures.

• Observe and perform audits of a moderate scope or complexity on assembly and test, machining and other functions for compliance to procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Two years related inspection experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer's specifications and internal drawings and procedures.

• Ability to use and/or calibrate mechanical, hydraulic and electrical instruments/gages.

• Possess working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.

• Knowledge of applicable military standards may be required.

• Personal hand tools may be required.

• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
