IT Director
LaSalle Network is hiring an IT Director ready to take full ownership of enterprise technology-from the ground up. This is a bold leadership opportunity to manage infrastructure, security, and support operations for a fast-moving, purpose-driven organization. IT Director Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day operations in infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Define and implement strategies that optimize IT services and boost innovation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals.
- Oversee platform implementation, user support, and technical training.
- Vet and deploy new technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and cloud service agreements.
- Establish SOPs, documentation, and compliance policies.
- Guide response to technical incidents and support major events.
- Monitor and manage budgets, licensing, and IT procurement.
IT Director Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT and infrastructure leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, MacOS, iOS, and cloud-based environments.
- Proven leadership in team management and complex project delivery.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or CISM certifications are a plus.
