Job Description

Salary Range: $35,000 - $38,500 plus $1,000 Signing Bonus

Role:

We are seeking a Junior Typist/Data Processor to contribute to Trinity IT's support of the project control. This role involves accurate data entry, typing documents and maintaining organized records. You must possess a moderate understanding of data processing and be able to type efficiently and clearly. You will work under the close direction of senior personnel.

Candidates do not have to currently hold a Secret level security clearance, however they must be eligible to obtain one if needed for this role.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with filing and organizing documents and records.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data and documents.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a data/program analyst developing, updating, modifying, and analyzing technical and business data, electronic spreadsheets, documents, and briefing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ total years of experience as a data/program analyst developing, updating, modifying, and analyzing technical and business data.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a business or technical field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and other data entry software.
