Griffis/Blessing is looking for an expert Leasing Consultant for our community Mesa Ridge Apartments.

The ideal Leasing Consultant will bring superstar experience, reliability, good judgment, good communication skills, both written and verbal, outstanding customer service as well as the ability to work without direct supervision.

• Are you a multi-tasking superstar?
• Do you work well being a vital part of a cooperative team? Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees, and vendors is key to success.
• The Leasing Consultant provides functional support for the Property Manager and Maintenance Teams and is capable of working independently in the Managers absence.
• CAM, ARM or CALP certificates helpful.
• Knowledge of Leasing software is helpful.
• Savvy social media skills are helpful.
• Must possess a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Valid Drivers License is required.
