Robert Half is assisting a client in their search for a Legal Billing Specialist. The salary range for this position is $60,000–$75,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute prebills for all billable hours and expenses, adhering to departmental and client-specific deadlines.
• Oversee the preparation, organization, and prompt delivery of client invoices with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
• Support management, staff, attorneys, and clients by addressing billing-related questions and requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Electronic Billing experience / “E-Billing” is required
• Ability to handle a high volume of invoicing
• Legal Industry experience is preferred
• 3E billing software is preferred
