Woodside Credit, the nation’s leading lender for collector and exotic cars, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role for an organized and creative marketer who can support our department’s strategic initiatives while driving partner engagement, campaign performance, and channel ownership.

You’ll help elevate our purpose-built loan program through tactical execution, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional coordination with clients, dealerships, and bank partners. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Newport Beach, CA office.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to produce creative content for digital, print, and partner platforms—including product flyers, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Track campaign metrics and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future strategy.

Channel & Content Ownership

• Own day-to-day social media management, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Execute the creative coordination for partner-related content, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
• Maintain and evolve content on the website, blog, and partner-facing materials.

Bank Partners

• Coordinate marketing initiatives with current and prospective bank partners to support distribution of Woodside loan packages.
• Organize bank-focused events, communications, and promotional activities to drive engagement and relationship-building.
• Maintain schedules and materials for bank presentations, sponsorships, and event activations.

Event & Tradeshow Support

• Assist in the execution of high-visibility events, including Barrett-Jackson auctions and Concours d’elegance events, supporting booth planning, logistics, and occasionally, on-site coordination.
• Manage post-event follow-up and performance recaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in automotive, financial services, or performance-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing best practices, and marketing funnel principles.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CFMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing systems.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for turning insights into engaging content.
• Creative eye for visuals and copy, plus the ability to collaborate with designers and vendors on execution.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
