Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Night Shift CNC Operator to join their team. As a Night Shift CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Night Shift CNC Operator

Location: Garfield, MN

Pay Range: $18+/hour

Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6pm-6am 

What's the Job?

• Set up and manage CNC machines to perform various tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Ensure CNC machines operate in accordance with company guidelines.
• Oversee machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Conduct daily checks on machinery to guarantee functionality.
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be willing to train on the first shift for about 2-4 weeks.
• Willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
