About the Role:
Tri-Vin Wines & Spirits, one of the nation's leading importers and distributors of world-class wines, is seeking a driven North Texas Regional Manager to lead sales efforts across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring proven on-premise beverage sales experience, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for building strong partnerships that drive growth in hotels, restaurants, independent retailers, and select chain accounts throughout North Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account ManagementALL\tDrive sales and brand growth within assigned territory, with a primary focus on on-premise accounts.
\tBuild and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners.
\tMotivate, educate, and support distributor sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
\tLead presentations and tastings, showcasing Tri-Vin Wines & Spirits' diverse portfolio.
\tPlan and execute new brand launches, distribution goals, and incentive programs.
\tMonitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and ensure product availability for key programs.
Market Development & Brand Representation
\tConduct educational seminars and training for staff and accounts to enhance product knowledge.
\tDevelop customized wine presentations aligned with Tri-Vin's standards and brand positioning.
\tIdentify emerging trends, competitive insights, and market opportunities to strengthen brand performance.
\tPartner with Trade Marketing and Distributor Management teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Operational & Administrative Duties
\tMaintain accurate account lists, call schedules, and sales tracking reports.
\tManage incentive planning, tracking, and reporting.
\tComplete new item setups, state registrations, and pricing submissions as required.
\tProvide monthly business overviews summarizing market performance and opportunities.
\tEnsure expense management within company budget and policies.
Qualifications:
\tMinimum of 2 years' experience in wine or beverage alcohol sales; on-premise experience strongly preferred.
\tBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
\tStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
\tProven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
\tAnalytical, motivated, and customer-service oriented with a passion for wine and brand-building.
\tAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
\tMust maintain a valid driver's license, current insurance, and clean driving record.
\tWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for special events.
