We are looking for an Office & Permits Assistant to support our operations team and help keep projects moving smoothly.

What Youll Do:

• Pull permits for remodeling and construction projects

• Visit city/county offices as needed to submit applications or follow up on paperwork

• Handle general administrative tasks: phones, emails, filing, data entry

• Track permit statuses and communicate updates to project managers

• Maintain organized records for projects and compliance

• Provide additional support to the office team as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

• Reliable transportation for occasional trips to city offices

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

• Previous office/admin experience is helpful (construction/remodeling knowledge a plus, but not required)
