Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of Operating Room experience is required. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application. • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted. • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer. Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility). Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases). On-Call Required?: No Rotating weekends is a requirement and workers must report as scheduled including holidays.
