Role Overview
The Orders & Aftersales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and reliable distributor support while maintaining outstanding customer service. This position bridges logistics, order management, and procurement coordination—helping keep inventory levels balanced, orders accurate, and operations running efficiently. Order Processing & Procurement Coordination
Manage the full order cycle—from receipt to fulfillment—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with procurement and planning teams to align purchasing activities with sales forecasts.
Monitor stock levels and anticipate inventory needs with an 8-month forward planning approach.
Identify potential shortages or excess inventory and recommend proactive corrective actions.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Generate detailed inventory, order processing, and warranty performance reports for management review.
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
Assist in onboarding and training new or temporary team members when required.
Warehouse & Logistics Support
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for timely distribution.
Maintain precise inventory documentation through regular cycle counts and stock organization.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse operating procedures.
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or order management.
Background in customer service, warranty coordination, or technical product support is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in ERP, inventory management, or order processing systems.
Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year
Performance Bonus: Based on metrics such as inventory accuracy, order processing efficiency, service turnaround, and customer satisfaction
