Fun Town RV is the leader in Texas RV sales, dominating over 20% of the market share in the state. We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growth in pay-per-click advertising and experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube. Applicants should be prepared to share examples of previous ad campaigns and outline strategies for our company's growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and execute large-scale paid search campaigns based on strategic research. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms, including bid and budget management. Continuously test and refine campaign elements to meet business targets. Collaborate with analytics team for insights and optimization. Build relationships with marketing teams and partners to leverage search engine opportunities. Create and test compelling search ad copy. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Strong computer skills and experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns. 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a robust track record preferred. Experience with campaign setup, management, and tracking tools. Knowledge of keyword research, budgeting, and bidding strategies. Data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets. Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally.
