Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and overnight shifts, to fit your lifestyle. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, handle meaningful jobs, and build strong relationships with property managers across NYC.

Key Responsibilities for Pest Control Technician:

• Perform inspections and treatments in apartment buildings to eliminate pest infestations.
• Develop custom treatment plans based on property needs.
• Apply pesticides and pest control solutions safely and effectively.
• Work directly with property managers and tenants to educate them on pest prevention.
• Keep accurate service records and follow industry best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest pest control technologies and regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Must hold a valid 7A license (Structural Pest Control).
• Additional pest control license categories are a plus.
• Experience servicing apartment buildings or multi-unit properties is preferred.
• Want to work in a company where your efforts matternot just be another worker.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• $25+ per hour, based on license categories and experience.
