Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $19.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:15pm – 10:45pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Operator at a company in New Berlin, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply now!

Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines
- Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
- Monitor equipment throughout production
- Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists
- Replace molds and cutting surfaces
- Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages
- Act as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians, and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system
- Adhere to food safety, GMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer specifications

Requirements for Production Operator:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to frequently handle / move material from floor to waist and from waist to shoulder to overhead to place onto shelving units
- Able to bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull and stand for long periods during the work shift
