Job Title: Remote Project Manager Assistant
Hourly Pay: $30 - $36/hour

Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team in keeping tasks on track and operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help organize schedules, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones

• Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

• Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders

• Support budget tracking and resource allocation efforts

• Flag potential risks and support resolution efforts

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project summaries

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

• Understanding of basic project management principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
