Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst (Local Only / 90% Remote)
Job Code: AZ 8367
Client: Arizona Department of Revenue (AZDOR)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (1600 W Monroe, 85007)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Shift Hours: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

Work Arrangement: 10% onsite, 90% remote

Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for analyzing requirements, developing test plans, creating test cases, and documenting defects for internally developed .Net and Oracle applications. These applications serve ADOR business units and taxpayers for intermediate, medium-scale projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance testing and analysis

• Proficient in QA testing tools and methodologies
  
  
• Experience with Google Suite, TFS, Azure DevOps, and Altova
  
  
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Effective organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Analytical problem-solving skills, including data collection, classification, and solution identification

Education:

• Any combination of relevant degree, training, coursework, and experience
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Additional Requirements & Preferences:

• Ability to clear Arizona tax compliance verification and FBI background check
  
  
• Knowledge of LEAN principles
  
  
• Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally exert up to 20 lbs of force; frequently up to 10 lbs; constant negligible force

• Typical office environment
