Position Summary The Regional Property Manager will oversee the performance of a multi-site portfolio, ensuring strong financial results, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. This leadership role requires expertise in property management, team development, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the assigned region. Lead and support property managers and on-site teams to achieve performance goals. Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure rent collection targets are met. Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue growth, and asset value. Oversee capital improvement projects, maintenance programs, and vendor contracts. Serve as the escalation point for tenant concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute opportunities for portfolio growth. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for regional staff. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site or regional management. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar).
