Responsibilities Maximize the financial performance of the property Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities Frequently visit and inspect sites Prepare owner reporting packages including Budgets/Business Plans, Marketing strategies, and Monthly Owner Reports Monitor/analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership Assure compliance with Willow Bridge policies Review and inspect all Capital Replacement Plans Assure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and Plaintiff Liability Recruit and Retain site employees, ensure training benchmarks are met Monitor Marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary Oversee resident relations & Social Media objectives Supervise all aspects of the lease up efforts Review Leasing & occupancy activity to meet budget/ proforma expectations Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs Qualifications High School Education or equivalent required. College degree and Industry Certifications preferred High Rise, Lease up & New construction experience required CPM or CPM candidate preferred 5 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred) Benefits Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $140,000 to $160,000 per year USD Willow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Institute of Real Estate Management
