Skillset:- Release Management, Planning: Finalize the scope, timelines for each release across the applications and publish a detailed calendar for a quarter / half year / full year Scheduling:- Creating a detailed development, testing, and deployment schedule. Controlling:- Make sure all the releases are on track along with regular review of the progress. Testing:- Tracking the testing the changes across various environments and providing signoff in each of those. Deployment:- Actual production rollout using deployment management strategies to minimize disruption. Managing: Oversee the release, monitor and communicate to all the stakeholders
