Your new role – Quality Assurance Engineer

Seize the opportunity to play a key role to shape a world-leading product in the enterprise AI sector.

Our Quality Assurance Engineer role is required to make sure that as a team we deliver high quality products in Cognigy.

This role mainly serves the Engineering team in Cognigy to help identify issues early in the product by thorough testing.

Your challenge:

• Intensively testing future product releases and ensure that those are bug-free, stable and performance
• Develop and execute test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
• Tightly collaborating with our development teams during the sprint and for bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
• Ability to document your findings in a well-structured way to help us to mitigate them
• For a senior, mentoring and providing training assistance to the junior team members

Requirements

About you

• Experience in testing of web applications and explorative testing
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with test automation and testing tools
• Experience with at least one Code Versioning System (like Git)
• Understanding of the SDLC and SDTC
• Self-driven, motivated, ready to learn and adapt
• Good communicator with good English language skills
• Consistent, structured, analytical solver
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Advantage: having an ISTQB certificate
