This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily sales operations for one of largest RV dealerships in the Northwest. Candidate must possess good leadership skills, have the ability to manage multiple employees, responsible for daily operations, finance, and sales.
Requirements:
Knowledge of desking, deal structure, reading credit and maximizing gross profit
Previous management/closing experience
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management
Prior RV/automotive sales management experience
Working knowledge of computers
Experience in CDK, and CRM systems
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals with finance department
Manage inventory
Manage CRM sales process
