We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our corporate housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and guest meetings (virtually or in-person).
- Track leads, opportunities, and guest communication in CRM software.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
2. Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote corporate housing services.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
4. Guest Engagement:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather feedback from guests and use insights to improve service offerings.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Reservation & Guest Support:
• Respond to inquiries related to availability, pricing, and booking of all housing units.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest move-ins and move-outs.
• Provide exceptional support throughout the guest experience, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage reservation systems, update unit availability, and process booking documentation.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in corporate housing or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Drive, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with property management or reservation software a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and long-term housing solutions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media platforms, Google Ads, CRMs, and Constant Contact.
• Comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign success and sales performance.
