Sales Apprentice - Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Summary:

This apprenticeship program is designed for individuals eager to start a career in sales within the software consulting industry. As an apprentice, you will receive training, mentorship and real-world experience to develop essential sales skills. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into an Entry-level Sales Representative role, where you will apply your knowledge to drive business growth. The role is fully office-based, providing hands-on collaboration with team members and direct engagement with clients.

Must be in a commutable distance to Huntington Beach CA.

Apprenticeship Phase Responsibilities:

• Learn about software consulting services and industry trends.
• Assist senior sales representatives with lead generation and client outreach.
• Participate in sales training sessions to develop communication and negotiation skills.
• Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings and presentations.
• Support the team with CRM data entry and administrative tasks.

Transition to Entry-Level Sales Representative:

• Take ownership of prospecting and lead generation .
• Conduct client consultations to understand their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support .

• Passion for technology and software solutions.
• No prior sales experience required—just a willingness to learn!
• Must be able to commute to Huntington Beach, CA.
