Hours: 7:45-2:45 / Monday-Friday
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker . This role supports the emotional, social, and behavioral development of students through direct services and collaborative planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff and families to deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and compliance support related to IEPs and 504 plans.
Provide individual and group counseling to support students mental health and social-emotional growth.
Collaborate with educators and families to design and implement effective student support plans.
Offer timely crisis response and connect families with appropriate community resources.
Ensure delivery of IEP-mandated services and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines.
Participate in department meetings and assist with documentation and IEP paperwork.
Lead or support training efforts related to mental health and behavior management.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or a related field
Experience in a school setting preferred
